Due to the customized and highly specific nature of cricket bats and gear, our refund policy is structured to maintain product integrity and prevent misuse. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
General Policy
We follow a No Refund Policy once the product is shipped, except under specific and limited conditions outlined below. Every product, especially English Willow bats and cricket bats, is handcrafted and made-to-order or weight-customized based on player-specific inputs — hence non-refundable and only replaceable with some condition applied depending on each and every cases after purchase or dispatch.
Eligible Replacement Situations (No Refunds)
We offer replacement only (not refunds) in the following limited and verifiable situations:
- Wrong product delivered (e.g., model, specification, or size does not match the confirmed order).
- Transit damage that is clearly visible and reported within 24 hours of delivery — must be supported with an unboxing video and photographic proof before unpacking or usage.
- Product not delivered or lost in transit, confirmed by our logistics partner and tracking system.
Important: All such cases are first thoroughly reviewed and verified by our internal quality control team. Replacements will only be processed if the claim is deemed genuine and meets the required criteria.
No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances in the above cases. A replacement of the same or equivalent model will be arranged.
Return Conditions
– Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
– Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
– We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
Replacement Conditions
– If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
– We will arrange for the product to be reviewed. If the damaged is confirmed, a replacement will be provided.
– No refunds are issued after the product has been reviewed and accepted by the customer.
– No replacement for minor dent specially for cricket bats as these are soft and have tendency to get minor pressed mark in shipping although we ensure best packaging in premium padded bat cover and hard box.
Strict Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after order dispatch.
- Dislike of aesthetics or performance preference after usage.
- Weight/feel variation due to personal expectations.
- Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., grain count, minor handle blemishes, etc.) that do not affect playability.
- Bats broken due to improper use, toe hits, yorkers, edge cracks, or use with non-leather/tennis balls.
- Misuse, overuse, or tampering by the user.
- Bats customized or prepared as per player-requested specifications (weight, handle type, balance, etc.).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of eligible refunds, the product must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping charges (where applicable) must be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
– Products that have been used, customized, or altered.
– Items without original packaging or labels.
– Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Return Process

2. Ship the product to our return address provided by the customer service team.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund.
